We prescribe medications, vision correction, surgery, eyeglasses and or contact lenses and provide vision therapy and low-vision rehabilitation. We analyze test results and develop treatment plans. As primary care physicians, we are on the front lines to observe early signs of systemic conditions, and, by acting in due course with our examination, we contribute to our patients’ overall health and quality of life.
We diagnose conditions caused by systemic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure, referring patients to other health practitioners as needed in a timely manner.
We administer drugs to patients to aid in the diagnosis of vision problems and prescribe drugs to treat eye diseases. We provide preoperative and postoperative care to surgical patients.
